To place a reservation, a 50% deposit is required, payable by Visa, MasterCard or American Express. Prices do not include 11.625% sales & occupancy tax, and a 5% service charge.
How To Request a Reservation:
You can request a room online, via e-mail or by calling toll free 877.998.0800 or locally at 631.537.2900 between 8:00 am and 10:30 pm.
ALL ROOMS ARE NON SMOKING

- When situations arrive necessitating a change or cancellation in your reservation, we most certainly sympathize; but we must maintain a business policy and we uphold a strict cancellation policy.
- A 50% deposit is required to confirm your reservation; balance due 3 days prior to arrival. A valid credit card is required at check-in. Final Payment is processed prior to arrival. No refunds for early departure.
- All reservations made within 14 days prior to arrival date must be paid in full at time of reservation.
- No refunds for cancellations.
- Should a guest change or cancel a confirmed reservation more than 30 days prior to arrival, a refund of deposit will be made, less 10% of total room charge. All cancellations must be in writing and signed off by The Enclave Inn.
- Guests changing or canceling a confirmed reservation within 30 days of arrival will forfeit the entire deposit, if the room is re-rented for the entire reservation period. If the room is not re-rented, guest is responsible for entire room charge.
- Multiple room reservation deposits are not refundable. Guest is responsible for all charges of all rooms not re-rented.
- Guest rooms are normally ready for occupancy after 2:00 p.m.
- Check out time is 11:00 a.m. daily. Unless authorized, rooms at The Enclave Inn can accommodate a maximum of 2 people in a standard room, and 2~3 people in a deluxe room.
- Reservation office hours are 8:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. during peak season, and 8:00 a.m. until 11:00 p.m. off season. A 24 hour answering service is available when office is closed for any questions, concerns or emergencies.
- Guest agrees to vacate guest room(s) on check-out date by 11:00 a.m. Late check out must be pre-approved. Late check out fee is $50.00. Occupancy after 2:00 p.m. will result in an additional days room charge. Unauthorized overnight additional guests will result in an additional fee of $100.00 per person per night.
- Guest agrees to be held liable for any and all charges to room and all damages to room(s) caused by guest or the invited agent of guests. In the event that items are lost, missing or otherwise not useable, other than normal wear and tear, the guest authorizes The Enclave Inn to charge the guest's credit card for the full retail value of said item.
- Guest will read and observe the pool rules; understand that there will be no lifeguard on duty; and agree to swim at own risk. Pool hours are from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
- To ensure guest privacy phones are not available at all locations. Please bring cellphones.
- Callers may leave messages w/the hotel desk. Cellphones recommended.
- Unruly behavior will not be tolerated by guest, or invited agent of guest. Immediate eviction of guest or agent of guest will forfeit the entire cost of reservation of guest, including but not limited to, any and all charges associated with disturbance.
- Quiet time is from 8:00 p.m. until 10:00 a.m. Please respect other guests.
- Maid service is available daily. No Maid service after 2:00 p.m.
- All rooms are non-smoking; a $200.00 room cleaning charge for violators.
- No pets are allowed, a $200.00 cleaning charged will be assessed for violations. (Some Rooms)
- The Enclave Inn is not responsible for articles left in room or automobile.
